Ozzy Osbourne was born on 03-12-1948 in Aston, Birmingham, England. Ozzy was brought up in a working class family he left school at the young age of fifteen. After leaving school Ozzy was employed in many low paid positions and he was sent to prison for burglary.
When released from prison Ozzy joined a friend’s band but, he soon outgrew this and joined another band named Earth (the name was later changed to Black Sabbath).

On Friday 13th February, 1970 Black Sabbath released their self titled debut album and soon had a cult following in Britain and America. Their rise to fame was almost instant, but along with fame came the black side of fame. The group quickly became dependent on alcohol and cocaine gaining a reputation for trashing cars and hotel rooms.

In 1977, Ozzy’s father died, making him leave the group for a period of time before the release of their next album ‘Never Say Die’. Ozzy Osbourne was quickly getting disinterested in Black Sabbath and, at the end of the ‘Never Say Die’ tour, the band replaced him.

After months of depression and drug abuse, Ozzy met his soul mate Sharon Arden, who changed his life for the better. It wasn’t love at first sight by any means. Sharon helped Ozzy turn his life around and persuaded Ozzy to launch a solo career. In 1980 Ozzy joined forces with guitarist, Randy Rhoads, to start work on his solo debut, ‘Blizzard of Ozz’. The album was a massive success and reached platinum status.

Ozzy’s career has been interesting and varied. There has never been a dull moment and Sharon Osbourne has been the driving force in Ozzy’s huge success. Ozzy is a legend and his award winning albums are testiment to his success.

Kelly Osbourne is a lovely sweet girl who has been through many difficulties in her life to get where she is today. Recently she has been in rehab and been brave enough to talk publicly about her problems with drug addiction. Considering the amount of people all over the world that suffer with drug addiction I think that Kelly Osbourne is absolutely amazing to come forward and talk of her experiences so frankly and honestly. Kelly Osbourne is a role model for anyone on drugs to see that you can overcome addiction.

I have been writing this blog for nearly a year now it all started back in June 2008. I remember reading Sharon Osbourne’s book Survivor and being inspired to go on and write a blog all about The Osbournes. I have always tried to concentrate on the Osbourne family and not bring attention to myself. Although over the time of writing I have mentioned things about myself I have tried to concentrate on the Osbourne family and report news and latest updates about the family and what they are up to in the world of showbiz.

It’s absolutely absurd and ridiculous. The Osbourne’s Reloaded gets aired for one night before it gets taken off air. It appears that The Simpsons are favoured more than The Osbourne’s. It is just ridiculous that people seem to favour watching Homer Simpson than watching The Osbourne’s entertaining the nation. Which one would you chose? I know for a fact that The Osbourne’s would be my choice time and time again. Yeah sure, I know that some people find them offensive, but you know whatever you do someone will offend you. The Osbourne’s are real people and they tell it how it is, that’s probably why so many people find them offensive because they tell the truth.

It was Rock Daily that printed the story about The Osbournes Reloaded being pulled from the Fox schedule. The Simpsons are apparently less offensive than The Osbourne’s. Of course, The Simpsons are such a wonderful family with high moral standards. Excuse, the sarcasm in my voice there. I’d much rather watch The Osbourne’s because at least they are true and honest. At least they give viewers good entertainment. Ditch The Simpsons, it’s a stupid cartoon compared with a fantastic, comical and entertaining variety show.

So The Simpsons, it would appear are pulling in more ratings than The Osbourne’s would? I very much doubt that, Fox haven’t even given them a chance to shine. Ditching them after their first show, Fox will never know if their show could have done better. I’m sure it would have pulled in the ratings given half a chance.

I was watching Sharon Osbourne on television today she was on Piers Morgan On Hollywood. Sharon was talking about her plastic surgery and Piers asked her if she thought she would be on America’s Got Talent if she hadn’t had plastic surgery. Sharon said that she didn’t think people would want to watch someone that didn’t look attractive. It seems such a shallow world where people would be only interested in you if you looked good. I mean what happened to good old fashioned talent? It seems there is no hope for someone like me. I do have to agree that some of the people in big movie films look better than what they act. What happened to good character actresses like me? We just get trampled on by people who look stunning, but have little talent. When it comes down to it I don’t think I want fame if it is so shallow as not making it because you don’t have the right look. I’d much rather make it because I have talent. As for The Osbourne’s they have it all in my opinion. They have looks, talent, humour and a whole lot more besides. They go to show that you can be famous and be nice as well.

Unlike Sharon Ozzy’s first wife Thelma was not understanding and in 1981 Ozzy divorced her. One day he returned home drunk to find that she had thrown all his belongings outside and was told that he would be arrested should he try to enter the house.

Ozzy and Sharon were married on a Honolulu-Hawaii beach on July fourth, 1982. Although Sharon and Ozzy faced many turbulent years at first, it was a marriage that would last through the trials and difficulties that were thrown at them.

When Sharon and Ozzy got married Ozzy was under the management of Don Arden, Sharon’s father. Don Arden was a tough Jewish businessman that cared more for money than his family. Sharon and Ozzy had to pay Don Arden 1.5 million dollars to purchase the contract.

One day when Ozzy heard The Beatles on the radio he dreamed of launching a career as a rock singer. He hoped that it would take him out of the working class situation he had lived in for the majority of his life. In Ozzy’s early days he had a few scrapes with the law although Ozzy didn’t try to cover his tracks. He wore fingerless gloves so not to leave fingerprints in peoples houses. What he didn’t realise is that fingerless gloves leave fingerprints. Ozzy was soon sentenced to six weeks at Winson Green Prison. During his time in prison Ozzy gave himself many tatoos including his name OZZY across his knuckles and a smiling face on each knee to make him smile whilst he was in prison.

Ozzy carried out a few jobs before he made a name for himself in music. He tested car horns the Lucas car factory and worked on the kill floor of an abattoir.
Ozzy began to realize his dreams in 1967 after he filled in on vocals for the band “The Music Machine”. Ozzy used to play in an outfit called The Approach, playing R&B tunes in a church basement. Personal disagreements led Ozzy to seperate from the group. Ozzy owned his own P.A equipment that helped him land his next gig with a band named Rare Breed, this introduced him to his future Black Sabbath group member, bassist Terence “Geezer” Butler. Although Rare Breed didn’t stay together for very long, Ozzy’s work with Butler was there to stay.

Aimee Osbourne is a British singer, actress, colunmist and is the first child to Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne. Aimee Osbourne appeared in the new musical version of “Wuthering Heights.” Aimee played the role Raquelle, best friend of the lovelorn Isabelle, who played the former “Roswell” star Katherine Heigl. It was a great choice of cast with some very talented actors.
The film was released on January 27th 2004. Aimee Osbourne studied acting in London some years ago. Aimee Osbourne appeared in a secondary role in the adaption of the classic tale which appeared on MTV. Aimee is soft speaking and the role Rauelle was perfectly suited for her. Although Aimee Osbourne had no big plans to be mega famous she wanted a low key career. Raquelle was not the lead part, but Aimee Osbourne was pleased to be cast for the role.

Wuthering Heights with Aimee Osbourne in it is an adaptation of the classic novel by Emily Bronte about doomed and tragic love, but updated for the MTV audience with an emphasis on music. Aimee Osbourne makes a classic choice for the character of Raquelle.

When interviewed about her role a few years ago Aimee Osbourne said, “I don’t have huge intentions to be some big actress, I was casually asked. It was a great experience and I’m glad I did it.”

Since that time Aimee Osbourne has worked on writing for newspapers and her singing career. Although Aimee Osbourne is not quite as well known as the other Osbourne’s she is still as talented as each member of the family.

I was really surprised to hear this news, but it just goes to show that you cannot believe everything that you read. This is pretty confusing because although I want to keep you informed about the Osbourne’s knowing what news can be trusted and what can’t is very difficult. When I heard about Kelly Osbourne waiting to marry Luke Worrell for 5 years it was from a reliable source, “The People”. It then started to circulate on the internet. It’s always a bit like a game of Chinese Whispers by the time the news gets to you it has changed a number of times.Whatever is the truth there could be many reasons for the change in plans perhaos Kelly Osbourne had a change of mind because when she spoke to “The People” it was on the way home from rehab.

Then there were reports from showbizspy that Kelly Osbourne will marry Luke Worrell in a Los Angeles style wedding. Yet Contactmusic quoted Worrell, as saying. “We”re planning to tie the knot in the next few months - it won”t be a long engagement. The wedding will be in the U. K.,”

So this makes you wonder what exactly is going to happen and when? Is it the family that have changed their minds over again or is it the press that have got it wrong?

It didn’t seem that long ago that Kelly Osbourne was planning a Los Vegas style wedding similar to what Peaches Geldof did. As far as Sharon and Ozzy are concerned as long as their daughter Kelly is happy then they will be happy too. That is all loving parents can wish for their children is to be happy.

Although some people look down their noses at tattoo’s other people love them. It’s a bit like marmite you either love it or hate it. At the end of the day it is down to personal preference.

As for me, I love tatoo’s, but only have one up till now. In 1936 six per cent of the world’s population had a tattoo or piercing, today that number has increased quite dramatically. Famous people who have tattoo’s include Jack Osbourne, Victoria Beckham, Jessica Biel, Barbie, Mandy Moore, Jessica Alba, Cher, Dixie Chicks, Scarlett Johansson and Princess Stephanie of Monaco.

Jack Osbourne loves tattoos and has many all over his body. Over the whole of his back he has a tattoo that features a dragon. (This sounds lovely, I love dragons) He has a tattoo saying “Mum” inside a heart in white ink on his left shoulderblade.

He has a smiley face on each knee (his father, Ozzy Osbourne, also has this tattoo) A skull and crossbones on the back of his neck, an intricate pattern on his right forearm including a fish and a wheel, a Buddhist symbol of a triangle within a circle on his left arm, the name “Kelly” on his inner left wrist (His sister, Kelly, has one that says “Jack” I think that is really sweet and lovely) a crucifix on the centre of his chest, the words ‘Savage Times’ across his right breastbone, a lobe piercing in each ear, a tiger on his lower left arm.

So as you can see Jack Osbourne is a lover of tattoo’s and has many all over his body. The only tattoo that I have is half a heart with the initials Mal written above it who is my husband. My husband has the other half of the heart on his arm with my intitials above it. When we put the two halves together it forms one heart. Frankly, it doesn’t look fantastic and we’ve had people saying it looks like we have a carrot on our arms. Hardly the kind of standard of tattoo that Jack has got.

Sharon Osbourne loves her dogs, but according to Ozzy her love of dogs is quickly spiralling out of control. Sharon Osbourne now owns 18 dogs and Ozzy is slowly getting pushed out of his home by the dogs. It is the yapping and poop that drives Ozzy mad all of the time, no wonder he wants to learn to drive to get away from it all.
I think it’s really good how Sharon Osbourne saves dogs from the local pound in Los Angeles. If anyone can give those dogs a good home it’s Sharon Osbourne. Sharon loves dogs and treats them like family members. Ozzy Osbourne said, “I’ve got 18 dogs now… We get them from the pound now. When I get home it’s like I’ve got four new dogs.”I can understand where Ozzy is coming from, but Sharon is doing a really good thing. These dogs are desperate for new, loving homes and without them they would get killed. If I could do I would do the same, one of my dreams has been to open a farm or have my owm cattery in the back garden. Unfortunately I don’t live in a big house and money is tight so I cannot do that, but if I ever did come into money then that would be a dream of mine. I’d practise my acting skills to the animals to keep them entertained.

Ozzy Osbourne has decided to take driving lessons at the age of 60. Good on you Ozzy! It is good that Ozzy is learning to drive and he goes to show that you are never too old to learn to drive. The reason Ozzy gives for learning to drive at his age is so that he can get out of the house when he needs some peace and quiet. This is very understandable I mean apart from the extrovert we have seen that stands on the stage and sings his heart out for his fans, it is obvious that Ozzy is a bit of an introvert. Ozzy not only enjoys spending time with others, but he likes his own company and spending time on his own.
