According to the media Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne have said that Amy Winehouse would have an improved recovery rate if she moves in with them. The Osbourne’s have faced drug and alcohol related problems in the past with their own children and feel they have the experience to help Amy Winehouse break free of her problems. If all goes to plan then the Osbourne’s would support Amy with her recovery.

Kelly Osbourne is apparently close friends with Amy and took clothes to her when she was in rehab. It is a generous offer and also a challenging one, but something needs to be done. The Osbourne’s believe that Amy would have a better chance if she moved in with them in their Chalfont St Peter manor in Buckinghamshire. I’m sure all of Amy Winehouse’s fans would love to see her getting better and the Osbourne’s are very good role models. They understand what it is like to be faced with substance abuse problems and the devastation it causes for loved ones.

Amy Winehouse left rehab to get a visa so she could attend the crème de la crème music awards. Amy Winehouse was only allowed access to cross the pond for the Grammy’s. A publicist for Amy Winehouse said that she is not happy with the denial, but understands that she has to carry out the doctor’s orders and do what she can to help with her recovery.
