Sharon Osbourne The Legend
Sharon Osbourne was born on the 9th October 1953 as Sharon Rachel Arden. Her father changed the name Levy to Arden as was done in those days to protect the family from being recognised as Jewish.
Sharon is always true to herself and one of those people who you would never mess with. If you did mess with her then you would know about it. Sharon Osbourne built herself up from nothing. She didn’t have much money, but what she lacked money wise she more than made up by through her sharp wit and intelligence. Sharon also believed in Ozzy even though at this stage he was a drunk, drug addict, rocker without any money, but he shone with talent. Sharon Osbourne is now a recognised rock manager. Due to her tough upbringing Sharon didn’t lack a sharp tongue and fierce temper to make Ozzy into the $68 million dollar rock idol he is today.
Sharon Osbourne often had to use her wit and strength to survive in a business world surrounded by men. Of course, she survived and created the rock legend Ozzy Osbourne we all know today. What I love most about Sharon Osbourne is her determination to be successful. It was not without suffering or trials, but Sharon has shown she has what it takes to be an excellent business leader in the music industry. If there were any cat fights between Danni Minogue and Sharon Osbourne I’d take a bet it was because Danni hasn’t had to work as hard to get where she is today. It seems that stars can just land themselves a great job nowadays merely on good looks or because they know someone in the industry. Sharon’s life has never been like that. She wasn’t handed anything on a silver plate, but had to work damn hard for what she has achieved. We must look up to Sharon and admire her strength and courage. Yes, there are those that dislike Sharon because people will always dislike someone who is not afraid to call a spade a spade. But, that is Sharon and she isn’t going to change. Why should she? She’s great the way she is. She makes you laugh, think and sometimes cry. I think she is a legend in her own right.
